Accessing Online NST Portal

The website, www.nstgkp.com ("Site") is an electronic web based platform for exploring opportunities in education by seeking admission using the online search and other tools available for the freshers / graduates / students / other audience wishing to complete their education. It is owned and managed by Mr Sanjai Kumar Srivastava("Institution") with its registered office at New Steps Technology building, Hari Om Nagar, Civil Lines, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh(273001).

Any and all use of this website is subject to, and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of, the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). It is mandatory for all Members of the Site to have read carefully, fully understood and be in total agreement to the below mentioned Terms before they proceed to use any of the services of the Site ("Services"). The Services are available only to those individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian laws. "www.nstgkp.com" may amend these Terms of Use at any time by posting the amended version on this site. Such amended version shall automatically be effective upon its posting on this site.

The following expressions shall have the following meanings in the Agreement defined below:

User age should be more than 14 years to operate this site, under the age 14 parents should be responsible for any issues.
No offensive text or mischievous activity would be tolerated, our company (NST) have full rights to take actions against users who does so.
Information provided by the user through forms and other places to contact should be authentic.
Any case been done on us(www.nstgkp.com) should be filed only in gorakhpur juridiction.
 

Seeking Admissions

Admissions through our online portal(www.nstgkp.com) :

  • User willing to take admissions online needs to follow all steps given on page admissions

  • As soon as the information is saved by the end of users, please wait for our call within 48 office hours 

  • We will verify your details and contact you(users) for further fee payment step and confirmation

  • Meanwhile if one(users) faces any issues you can contact us through any mentioned means on contact page

  • We even take direct admissions via phone call or physical presence in our office

All rights not otherwise claimed under this Agreement or by the Company / its associates are hereby reserved.
The access to the Site does not confer upon the Member any license or right to use these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks in any form or manner whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offence under the prevailing laws of India.

Indemnity

You(user) agree to indemnify and hold nstgkp.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
